Photo Release Policy

The NEC staff routinely take photographs at NEC-sponsored events and activities for use in our newsletter, website or for other publicity purposes. In the digital age, technology has revolutionized the world of photography and the opportunities for capturing those "Kodak moments.” Therefore, the NEC has adopted a photo release policy whereby attendance at NEC programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for National Entrepreneur Center publicity purposes. It should be noted, however, that names of individuals will not be used in photo captions.  Additionally, if you appear in a photo and would like the picture removed from use, please contact the NEC directly with your request.
